Kruger KVS Series - High Volume Low Speed Fan

KVS Series is a ceiling-mounted HVLS fan and as the name implies, it could generate a high volume of air at a very low operational speed.  

Improve Air Circulation in Large and Wide Space

KVS is designed to improve air circulation in large and wide spaces. The traditional ventilation system in large and wide spaces usually does not cover all places thus could not improve thermal comfort for all occupants. KVS fans could improve the movement of air in large spaces, eliminate unventilated hot/cold spots and encourage ventilation for all occupants.   

Provide Comfort Cooling 

KVS could provide comfort cooling and provide an evaporative cooling effect on the occupants, make occupants feel up to 5 to 8degC cooler, and increase their efficiency and productivity in a way.

KVS uses  high efficiency EC motor that can reduce energy consumption, all without sacrificing performance which integrated efficiency up to 114 CMS/kW. Variable fan speed control to reduce power consumption based on ventilation needs

KVS low fan operating speed leads to super-quiet operation and has no impact on environmental noise.

Easy Installation and Versatile Mount 

Universal joint is designed for easy installation for both new construction and retrofit installation. Could mounted on most of the building structure such as I-Beam, concrete beam, or round bar.  

Maintenance Free 

KVS uses a maintenance-free IP65 PMSM motor, that is gearless and no need for relubrication.

High efficiency aircraft-grade aluminum blade with internal steel reinforcement. 

Hub
Hub made from precision forged aircraft-grade aluminum.

Control System 
IP55 protection grade and NEMA1 standard control box with built-in RF interference filter and brake chopper, reducing excessive noise during fan start and stop. Over temperature and short circuit protection. Come with wireless remote controller.

Safety Protection and Component 
Mounting Structure with an anti-slip slot and locknut design prevents the fan from slipping and falling off. Alloy cast steel universal joint, mounted between fan and ceiling, to reduce vibration to the building structure. Safety wires hold the fan with the building structure, to prevent accidents. Each fan blade is equipped with a safety buckle that provides secondary safety measures in the event of impeller failure. All fasteners are equipped with anti-loose self-locking nuts and toothed anti-fall pads.
